Description
The Nautilus Systems Adhesive Component Applicator PL100i-EP is an advanced system designed for precise placement of die-cut adhesive components up to 100 x 100mm. It is optimized for integration into automated assembly solutions, featuring a highly accurate closed-loop feedback system that ensures precise component placement with measurements as accurate as +/- 0.035mm. The unit is equipped with essential hardware including a pneumatic precision-guided Tamp actuator assembly, a Payoff assembly, and a powered Take-up (rewind) assembly. It also comes with custom component tooling for die-cut components, allowing rapid changeover without tools. This used unit is rated in fair condition and is noted to have minor errors that might require repair. Some parts are missing, and the unit does not include a power supply.

We were able to power the unit on with a spare power supply, however power supply is not included in this set. There other parts missing, see photos.
