Description
The BMG LABTECH POLARstar Omega is a versatile microplate reader designed for life science applications. This Germany-manufactured unit offers high-speed, full-spectrum absorbance with simultaneous dual-emission detection across six detection modes. Features include UV/Vis absorbance, fluorescence intensity, and polarization, luminescence, and AlphaScreen®. It comes with a temperature-controlled incubation chamber adjustable up to 60C and automatic optic switching for top/bottom reading. The unit is in good condition, powers on, and passes basic tests, although fully untested without software. A 30-day warranty is provided on parts. Ideal for FRET, TR-FRET, BRET, and cell-based assays, it supports integration with robotic systems and is compatible with LVis Plate and Stacker.
