Product Information

The Thermo Scientific TSQ Vantage Mass Spectrometer with Pumps on a custom Omni table is designed for precise quantitative analysis of small molecules, peptides, biosimilars, and biologics, offering exceptional sensitivity and reduced chemical noise. Featuring G2 ion optics and a HESI-II ion source, the TSQ Vantage increases ion transmission and improves flow performance, enabling confident, reliable assay accuracy. Although the system powers on and performs basic tests, comprehensive testing was not conducted. The vacuum pumps, tested to 0.005 mbar, and the mass spectrometer exhibit signs of cosmetic wear due to normal usage. Note: the soundproofing material shows signs of wear. This model is equipped with an S-Lens for efficient ion focus and a high-speed collision cell designed to avoid cross-talk, meeting the demands of GLP for reproducibility. Power cords and user manuals are included, but software, licenses, and computer are not.


Technician comment

Unit was sourced from a working lab environment. System powers on, but full functional testing was not performed. Software, licenses, and PC are not included. The vacuum pumps were tested and reached approximately 0.005 mbar. The instrument and Omni table show minor cosmetic wear and paint chipping consistent with normal use.
