Description
The Thermo Q Exactive HF, manufactured in 2015, is a benchtop LC-MS/MS system designed for high-resolution and accurate-mass analyses. Equipped with an Orbitrap Analyzer, it achieves up to 240,000 resolving power (FWHM) at m/z 200 and scan rates up to 18 Hz. Its Advanced Quadrupole Technology (AQT) enhances precursor isolation, while the Advanced Active Beam Guide (AABG) provides greater sensitivity and robust performance. The system supports multiple quantitation approaches, including SIM, PRM, and DIA, with routine sub ppm mass accuracy. Ideal for peptide, protein, and small molecule applications, this LC-MS/MS enables simultaneous identification, quantification, and confirmation.
