Description
The Agilent G1316A Column Compartment is a precision temperature-controlled module designed for use with Agilent 1100/1200 Series High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) systems. It precisely maintains column temperatures from 10°C below ambient to 80°C, ensuring stable retention times and accurate results. This used unit, in very good condition, features Peltier heating/cooling, solvent pre-heaters to minimize baseline shifts, and an electronic Column Identification Module (CIM) for comprehensive GLP documentation. Capable of accommodating up to three 30 cm columns, it powers on successfully, connects to control software, and passes all internal self-tests. Widely utilized in pharmaceutical, chemical, and analytical laboratories for reproducible HPLC separations, it integrates seamlessly into a single HPLC stack design. Power cord included; no computer or software.
