Description
The Eppendorf 5804 Benchtop Centrifuge, renowned for its reliability, is a cost-effective solution for medium-throughput applications demanding high speeds up to 20,913xg (14,000rpm). Equipped with an A-2-DWP rotor, it accommodates a variety of tubes and bottles from 0.2mL to 250mL and includes automatic rotor recognition and imbalance detection for safety. Preowned and classified in fair condition, the unit powers on, achieves maximum rotor speed, and completes test cycles successfully but displays a "change rotor" message indicating the service life of the rotor is complete. This item includes a power cord but lacks power/data cables, computer, software, and manuals. Ideal for laboratories handling MTP, PCR, and deep-well plates. Compact design saves bench space and operates quietly. Manufactured in Germany.
Technician comment
Preowned Eppendorf Centrifuge 5804 powers on, spins up to maximum rotor speed, and completes test cycles successfully. Note: After running a cycle the display shows a "change rotor " maximum service life of rotor reached. Unit was tested with another rotor and "change rotor" message persists. See photos for condition details.
