Description
The Thermo Scientific LCQ Fleet Mass Spectrometer is a robust ion trap LC/MSn system designed for the analysis of complex samples. Manufactured by Thermo Scientific, this unit is known for its exceptional analytical capabilities, including fast polarity switching and dynamic exclusion for low-intensity ion detection. Despite being in fair condition, it retains significant working value but may require minor repairs or calibration. The system includes an ion source but lacks a sweep cone. It is equipped with advanced features such as a differentially-pumped vacuum system, proprietary conversion dynode detector, and integrated syringe pump. The LCQ Fleet is ideal for high-throughput environments and integrates seamlessly with fast HPLC systems. Note that software and computer are not included.

Unit powers on with green power indicator and orange vacuum and communication lights illuminated. Tested for power only; full system functionality could not be verified due to lack of software. Includes ion source but does not include ion sweep cone. Unable to fully test the system. Preowned from a working laboratory environment with normal cosmetic wear from use. Unit will require calibration and validation prior to use to ensure accurate results. See photos for details.
