Description
The Bruker timsTOF SCP is a pre-owned mass spectrometer designed for advanced single-cell proteomics, immunopeptidomics, and post-translational modification studies. This system utilizes Trapped Ion Mobility Spectrometry (TIMS) for separating complex samples, offering high sensitivity and speed through the Parallel Accumulation Serial Fragmentation (PASEF) method. The instrument is in good working condition and was previously used in a laboratory environment. It includes an Ion Bench, Ebara Dry Pump EV-SA30-2-SF, and Edwards nXR 120i pump. While the system powers on and the vacuum pumps operate normally, full functional testing was not performed due to the absence of necessary control software and workstation. End-user validation and calibration are recommended to ensure optimal performance for specific applications.

Preowned from a working laboratory environment. Unit is in excellent cosmetic condition with minor signs of previous use. System powers and vacuum pumps are operational without abnormal noises or faults observed during startup. Due to the absence of the required Bruker control software, license, and compatible workstation, full functional testing and analytical performance could not be verified. Includes only the components shown in the photos. End-user validation, calibration, and performance qualification are recommended prior to routine use.
