Description
BIO-RAD ChemiDoc MP Imaging System (Manufacture Date: 2021-11-01) for gel and western blot imaging, quantification, and documentation. This near-new unit was sourced from a working lab environment and was able to acquire an image during intake inspection. The system includes an internal computer, 12.1 inch multitouch display, camera, and Blot/UV/Stain-Free Sample Tray with Image Lab Touch Software and Image Lab Software. Imaging supports multiplex fluorescent western blots (RGB plus far-red and near-IR) and chemiluminescent western blots, as well as nucleic acid and protein gel stains and stain-free gels. Smart Tray Technology automatically recognizes application-specific trays and adjusts imaging parameters and software options. Hardware features include a cooled CCD detector (6 megapixels), autofocus, auto-exposure modes, and image flat fielding for consistent results. Operating conditions include 100-250 V input and 10-28 C operating temperature.
