Description
Thermo Scientific Dionex AS-AP (P/N 074925) autosampler, manufactured 2024-05-30, in good pre-owned condition. This unit is designed for automated sample processing in ion chromatography and supports the Thermo Dionex ICS product family. The AS-AP features simultaneous injection capability to help minimize cross contamination, with injection precision specified at RSD less than 0.3% (fixed loop at 20 uL) for reproducible results. It uses 10 mL polystyrene vials with wide openings and all-PEEK flow paths for compatibility with aqueous and reversed-phase eluents while reducing metal contamination risk. The moving-needle sampling design supports multiple vial sizes, and the system can automate sample and standard preparation, including well plate operation and optional sample tray temperature control from 4 to 60 C. Intake inspection indicates the unit powers on and fully initializes without errors; buyer should validate suitability for their specific ion chromatography application.
