This pre-owned inline sidepouch bagger and dual-purpose bag printer is designed for high-volume packaging lines with in-line two-sided or two-color printing. The PI 412cw Prism imprinter supports programmable text, graphics, and 1D/2D barcodes printed directly onto poly bags, with independent festoon control for precise print registration (approx. +/- 1/16"). The SPrint system is built with a stainless steel frame and supports bag sizes from 2.63 to 20 in wide and 3 to 18.75 in long, with bag thickness 1.5 to 4.0 mil. Operating rate is up to 70 bags/min in intermittent mode or up to 120 bags/min in continuous mode. Buyer should validate fit for their specific packaging application and bag/print requirements.
