Description
Thermo Scientific DAD-3000 Dionex UltiMate 3000 Diode Array Detector is a UV-vis diode array detector designed for full spectral acquisition in conventional and rapid separation liquid chromatography. It provides UV-vis detection with 8 channels, a 1024-element diode array, and supports data collection rates up to 200 Hz for capturing narrow RS peaks. The detector uses a single-beam optical system with a wavelength range of 190 to 800 nm and wavelength accuracy of ±1.0 nm, with USB PC connection and an LCD monitor. Temperature control is included, and GLP features include AutoQ and system wellness/qualification monitoring with Chromeleon software plus lamp and cell ID chips. Condition: preowned unit from a working lab environment. It powers on and initializes, but the UV lamp ignition failure is indicated; no UV lamp is installed, so further verification could not be completed.
