The JORESTECH E-CBS-630D is a versatile Continuous Band Sealer designed for efficient sealing of thermoplastic materials such as Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), Bo PET (i.e. Mylar), and laminations. With dual operation modes, both horizontally and vertically, this semi-automatic sealer ensures airtight, professional seals for a variety of bag formats including stand-up pouches, gusseted bags, and pillow-type bags. Its precise PID Digital Temperature Controller allows for temperature settings ranging from 0 to 300°C (572°F), adjustable through a user-friendly digital panel. Operating at speeds up to 54 ft/min, this unit utilizes a motorized belt conveyor with synchronized speed adjustment, making it an ideal choice for packaging various products from food to medications. The device was manufactured in the United States and is in Very Good used condition, having passed functional tests with little cosmetic damage.
