The JORESTECH Continuous Band Sealer E-CBS-630D is a versatile unit that allows precise control of heat-sealing temperature via a digital panel. Tested to specifications and performing as intended, this semi-automatic sealer operates efficiently with thermoplastic materials such as Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), and heat-sealable laminations including Bo PET. Ideal for sealing a variety of bag formats like stand-up pouches, gusseted, and pillow-type bags, the unit offers both horizontal and vertical orientations for adaptable use. The sealer supports a dual fit system and achieves speeds up to 54 ft/min, creating strong, professional airtight seals reminiscent of high-speed automatic systems. With a PID temperature controller and motorized belt conveyor, the E-CBS-630D ensures synchronized speed and a seamless sealing process.
