Description
The Thermo Savant SpeedVac Concentrator system, comprising the Savant RVT4104-115 Refrigerated Vapor Trap and VLP 120 Vacuum Pump, is perfect for pharmaceutical and analytical labs. Manufactured in the United States in 2011, the system is in very good condition with only slight cosmetic wear from regular use. Known for effectively concentrating high boiling point solvents, strong acids, and bases, it features a dual vacuum control, four IR heat lamps, and a heated glass lid to optimize drying processes and prevent sample bumping or freezing. This advanced system is suitable for applications such as solid phase extractions, evaporating dissolution solvents, and drying lipid extracts. With a temperature range of 0 to -104C and a capacity of 4 liters, this equipment efficiently traps various solvent vapors to protect vacuum pumps in evaporation tasks. Note that a power cord is included but no computer or software.
