The Edwards RV3 Finnigan Vacuum Pump, made in the United States, is a high-performance rotary vane pump designed for the most demanding research and scientific applications. With over 300,000 units produced, this pump delivers excellent ultimate vacuum pressure down to 2.0 x 10-3 mbar and high pumping speeds of 4.5 m3h-1 at 60 Hz. Tested to specifications, it achieves a vacuum pressure of 5 microns (pressure gauge not included). Despite slight cosmetic blemishes, the RV3's functionality and reliability in handling vapors are uncompromised, making it ideal for various settings. The pump features a unique mode selector switch suitable for high vacuum or high throughput tasks, a controlled opening valve, and a high-quality universal motor. It offers a quiet operation at just 48 dB(A) and has interchangeable components for easy maintenance. The power connector is the IEC EN60320 C13, with an oil capacity ranging from 0.42 to 0.7 liters.
