Description
The Beckman Coulter VI-Cell XR Cell Viability Analyzer from 2023 is designed for automated cell analysis using the Trypan Blue Dye Exclusion method. This used cell analyzer comes with a 12-position auto sampler for efficient, walk-away sample analysis and accommodates samples within 50 x 10^3 to 1 x 10^7 cells/mL without dilution. Key features include customizable cell types for diverse species analysis, bioprocess tracking, and real-time cellular imaging. It supports bioprocess applications, providing results for percent viability, total and viable cell concentration, and mean cell size. The analyzer is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant with audit trails and electronic signature capability. The unit shows slight cosmetic wear, tested to basic functions but the light is currently non-operational. Power cord is included, computer and software are not.
