Description
The Covaris LE220-Plus Focused Ultrasonicator, manufactured in 2022, provides scalable and automated high-performance sample preparation for genomic analyses. This used model, which is in good condition, includes a notebook computer pre-installed with Covaris SonoLab software. The system automates water level detection and z-height adjustment to maintain optimal performance conditions. Capable of processing 1 to 8 tubes simultaneously with a capacity of 96 tubes, it supports various applications such as NGS library preparation, sample shearing, and chromatin processing. Note, the system is designed for integration with high-throughput lab automation and includes accessories like power cords and user manuals, but does not include service records.
