Description
The Advanced Liquid Logic R110-GD DNA Sequencer is a versatile microfluidic platform designed for low-voltage DNA and RNA sequencing via pico fluidic electrowetting devices. The unit captures DNA on microbeads within an on-chip filter chamber, allowing real-time, flow-through monitoring of pyrosequencing reactions. This methodology significantly reduces reagent cost while enhancing read length by continuously eliminating unincorporated nucleotides. This sequencer has been evaluated as far as possible with available accessories and appears operational; it powers on and completes basic tests. Included are 993 pieces of 1541MDx and 1326 pieces of 1820MDx accessories. Note cosmetic wear from usage. Although some parts necessary for full testing are missing, current observations suggest no functional issues. Please refer to photos for an accurate representation.
