Description
The Prince Technologies CE Systems Capillary Electrophoresis 0500.016/CL is a versatile autosampler designed for high separation efficiency and quick analysis. This used, very good condition instrument boasts a flexible modular design, coupling effortlessly with any external CE detectors like UV/VIS, CD, LIF, and MS without special tools. Noteworthy for large buffer vials minimizing downtime, it's an ideal choice for various applications in the CE field. Despite minor cosmetic imperfections such as a bent left corner and damaged back adjustable feet that do not affect its functionality, the system has been tested and confirmed to meet specifications without error messages. The Prince system operates with inlet or outlet dual pressurization across a range of hydrodynamic pressures (180 to 250 mbar), electrokinetic (-30 to +30 kV), and flush pressures (0 to +3500 mbar). It is equipped with up to 8 channels, sophisticated temperature control (4-40C), and accommodates sample volumes from 10µl to 4ml. Power requirements are 115/230V, 50/60Hz.
