Description
The MSD Meso Scale Discovery QuickPlex SQ120 is a high-sensitivity imager designed for use in laboratories conducting immunoassays. This model efficiently reads 96-well SECTOR and QUICKPLEX plates, offering a dynamic range that exceeds five logs. The QuickPlex SQ120 can handle multiplexing without affecting the plate read time, distinguishing SECTOR and QUICKPLEX plate types via barcode for automatic reading. Although in good condition with some cosmetic wear, it powers on and performs basic tests. The unit is equipped with a 120V power system and operates within a temperature range of 20° to 26°C and humidity range of 10% to 80% relative humidity. Plate read times are approximately 1 minute 30 seconds for SECTOR plates and 2 minutes 45 seconds for QUICKPLEX plates. It supports a plate standard read volume of 150 µL and is compatible with standard barcode formats. It is ideal for labs focused on high-throughput screening and multiplexed immunoassays.
