Description
SpectraMax 190 Microplate Reader from Molecular Devices is a high-performance spectrophotometer designed for UV-Vis life science applications, such as DNA analysis and ELISAs. With its patented multichannel optical design, it mimics a dual beam spectrophotometer, providing high precision and accuracy in endpoint, kinetic, and spectral scan modes. This device features temperature control, shaking capabilities, and a PathCheck Sensor which normalizes the absorbance value to a 1 cm pathlength, enhancing measurement reliability. Compatible with SoftMax Pro Software, the system supports assays across various wavelengths and provides seamless integration for automation with Molecular Devices’ StakMax Microplate Stacker.
