The Cytiva AKTAprocess Cabinet 10 Chromatography System, manufactured in 2021, is in excellent condition with minimal prior use. This automated liquid chromatography system is designed for process scale-up and large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing. It offers a highly flexible system design with over a million possible configurations, making it suitable for GMP-regulated environments. The system supports flow rates from 1 L/h to 600 L/h and features electropolished stainless steel or polypropylene process piping. Compatible with AxiChrom chromatography columns, it ensures efficient unit operation and is ideal for scaling up processes developed on smaller AKTA systems. The system includes a box of AKTA documentation with process product documentation, manuals, software documentation, qualification services, and operating instructions. This unit was set up for IQ/OQ but never placed into production, as the project was cancelled.
