Description
Shimadzu RF-5301PC spectrofluorophotometer for fluorescence analysis with high sensitivity and fast wavelength scanning. This unit was inspected during intake and verified for basic power function; it shows normal signs of prior use. The RF-5301PC uses a 150 W xenon lamp with excitation and emission monochromators featuring a concave blazed holographic grating, supporting a wavelength scale of 220-900 nm and measuring ranges including 220-750 nm (and up to 220-900 nm with the optional R928 photomultiplier). Spectral bandwidth is selectable across 1.5, 3, 5, 10, 15, and 20 nm, with wavelength accuracy of 1.5 nm. Scanning speed options include Survey (~5500 nm/min) through Very Slow, plus a wavelength slewing speed of about 20000 nm/min. Data acquisition and processing are controlled via a personal computer in a Windows-friendly environment. Please validate fitness for your specific application and measurement requirements.
