Description

Product Information

The Thermo Scientific Model 82i Mercury Probe Controller is a key component of the Mercury Freedom System, designed to manage mercury monitoring in exhaust stacks from coal-fired boilers and waste incinerators. This G (Good) condition unit powers on and performs basic tests, with no known functionality issues despite showing cosmetic wear. This microprocessor-driven controller automates probe calibration, dynamic spiking, and confirms auto dilution, while monitoring and regulating pressure and temperature. It features an iSeries platform for enhanced communications, easy serviceability, and remote access via Ethernet. Notably, it automates stinger and filter blowback, eliminating the need for added probe power at the stack. Specifications include operation within 41°F to 44°F, power requirements of 220V-240V/50Hz-60Hz, along with air requirements of 10 lpm zero air and 4 CFM dry air.
