Product Information

The WILCO Leak Testing Machine R DPV 400-36 and Head Space Gas Analyzer Spectra HSX 500 are cutting-edge non-destructive testing equipment used to measure headspace gas characteristics including gas concentration (oxygen, water vapor, carbon dioxide). The Leak Testing Machine utilizes 36 test stations and two test methods (vacuum decay and pressure decay), with an impressive speed of up to 400 vials/min. It can also detect leaks in lyophilized products using the vacuum decay method and liquid products (excluding water-based and/or toxic products) using the pressure decay method. The Head Space Gas Analyzer features 10 O2 laser heads for residual oxygen measurement and 1 H2O laser head to determine the absolute pressure in the vial via the partial pressure of water vapor. The O2 sensors are located on the rotor and combine two test procedures: Fixed Gas (FG) and Air Ingress (AI). The equipment is versatile and can be used in pharmaceutical, biotech, and research laboratories.
