Description
The Applied Biosystems ProFlex 96-Well Sample Block, manufactured in 2022, is a high-quality lab accessory designed for integration with the ProFlex PCR System. It features an interchangeable block format and holds one 96-well plate or 96 x 0.2 ml tubes, suitable for various genetic, molecular, and biochemical applications. With excellent temperature accuracy of ±0.25°C and a range from 0 to 100°C, it supports critical laboratory tasks with precision. This block ensures high-throughput compatibility with a peak block ramp rate of 6.0°C/sec and a sample ramp rate of 4.4°C/sec. Having passed all functional tests, it's in very good condition. Note that a ProFlex Base Module is required for full operation. Power cord is included; however, other computer accessories or software are not included. Ideal for enhancing PCR workflows, this unit optimizes reaction volume between 10 - 80 µL.
