This IDI Interactive Design Pick and Place Custom Robot Cell, featuring a FANUC System R-30iB Mate Plus Robot, was manufactured in 2020. It's designed for efficient handling of small payloads with enhanced reach, offering 6 axes of motion and a 911 mm reach. This unit can manage up to 7 kg payloads, making it ideal for machine tending and packaging tasks. Preowned and sold AS-IS, the robot includes minor cosmetic damage but retains functionality. Integration with FANUC's ROBOGUIDE software enables smart offline programming. While originally used for automatic test tube management at up to 100 parts per minute, it provides flexibility for various applications, using FANUC iRVision software to enhance efficiency and quality control. This sale does not include a computer.
